MusickEd.com has chosen Finale Reader for its music learning software. The free download allows our users to quickly and easily open music files, print, and even play songs with over 128 built-in sounds.

All MusickEd songs were originally notated using Finale so it is a logical choice to use the web-based Reader in our software. Finale is a powerful composition and notation tool that creates high quality music files that match the look and feel of the rest of our product. Finale Reader is compatible with Mac and Windows.

Apple iPad + MusickEd.com = A Perfect Match

Apple released its long awaited iPad today to rounds of applause and even wolf whistles. This portable device is perfect for browsing the web and reading. That it can be turned sideways to accommodate entire web pages (and sheet music!) is a bonus for MusickEd.com.

The size, portability, and web access allows our users to easily take the entire curriculum to their music stands. It's something that used to require a bit of planning but has now been made remarkably easier with devices such as these.
